The watch app freezes after I tap a complication.

Force-quit the app (long-press the side button → power off slider → press and hold the Digital Crown) and reopen. If it persists, restart the watch. If it still happens, please email us with your watch model and watchOS version.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the iOS Settings app → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Watch Assistant → Cancel Subscription. Apple processes the cancellation; we don't have visibility into it from our side.

I bought Pro on another device. How do I restore it here?

Open the iPhone companion app → Settings → Subscription → "Restore purchases". Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

The assistant gave me a wrong / outdated answer.

AI replies are generated automatically and can be inaccurate. Always verify important answers from a primary source — especially anything related to health, finance, legal, or safety. For emergencies, contact your local emergency services.

The microphone permission was denied. How do I re-enable it?

On the iPhone, go to Settings → Watch Assistant → toggle Microphone on. Then re-launch the watch app.

How do I delete all my data?

Inside the watch app: Settings → "Clear all history" (if available) or simply delete each conversation from the History list. Uninstalling the watch + iPhone apps removes everything stored locally.
